    Is English not your native language? If you’re aged 16-19 and would like to develop your English skills across reading, writing, speaking and listening, our ESOL course can help you improve your English. With this full-time programme you will study all aspects of English as well as maths. You will also benefit from tutorial time and work experience.

    Study at your own level from Entry 1 to Entry 3. You will be regularly assessed internally throughout the year and there will be a final exam in June. Progression may include a higher level of ESOL or another full-time course or an apprenticeship.

    Do you dream of an exciting career as a welder? This qualification will provide you with fundamental knowledge of metal inert gas (MIG) welding, allowing you to gain the basic knowledge needed to operate in the industry.

    Gain practical experience in our cutting-edge welding workshops and learn about welding procedures, equipment, maintenance and health and safety. You will work through five practical tasks and a final knowledge open book test. You will be provided with the relevant safety masks and gloves but will need to provide your own safety boots and overalls.

  7. Foundation Certificate in Bookkeeping

    This qualification delivers the skills and essential knowledge to manage books effectively. This qualification can be used as a fast track to the AAT Advanced Diploma in Accounting. The course will run on a Tuesday night from 5.45-8.15pm for 21 weeks. You will study manual double entry bookkeeping and associated documents and processes, up to trial balance standard. You will develop the skills and knowledge to manage books effectively.

  8. Human Resource Management CIPD Certificate Level 5

    This course will benefit you if want to gain the essential knowledge and skills required to move into HR, are working in HR at a support level, but do not hold a formal HR qualification, aspire to become a professional member of the CIPD or are a line manager, with responsibility for people management and development.

This Study Programme leads directly onto the Level 2 Programme to grow your knowledge and enhance your skills. You could also begin an Apprenticeship in the motor trade.
